The Islamic Circles Supplementary School (ICSS) is an entirely volunteer run supplementary school that operates in the London Borough of Newham.
Our aim is not to replace but to supplement the work already being done by the local schools by providing additional support in core curriculum subjects.
What sets us apart however, is that we also aim to be an integral part of the local community as well as to provide active role models for those around us.
We not only support education, but also contribute to community cohesion by being involved in local events based on our strong links with the Froud Centre and the Parish of St Michael's. Our volunteers are as diverse as the community around us- teachers, solicitors, and local businessmen being just some examples of the various backgrounds we hail from. ICSS is an integral part of the local community, and our events and work are regularly covered by the local press. For more information
